Critical Care Transport Technician

We are currently looking for EMT/AEMT's to work as part of the Care Flight Critical Care Transport Team. We have full-time and per diem opportunities available. In this position, you will coordinate a smooth and efficient system of stocking supplies and equipment on the ambulance/equipment rooms and the exchange of Care Flight user agency equipment. Duties Drives long distances throughout Northern Nevada and Northern California. Responsible for timely, legible, highly accurate record keeping including patient care reports when applicable. Assist Care Flight crew with patient management (transfer of equipment, patient movement etc.) within EMT or AEMT scope of practice. Responsible for assisting CCT medical crew with base-specific inventory and ordering, and/or cleaning equipment to ensure it is always response-ready. Responsible for assisting in the collection of, cleaning, logging and potentially returning Care Flight Requestor equipment. BCLS/CPR

certification required. Pre-hospital experience preferred. Experience in a high-performance ALS system beneficial. Valid Nevada or California Driver's license required. Experience operating an emergency vehicle a plus, a clean driving record is mandatory. Self-starter requiring little oversight with excellent written and verbal skills. Experience in EMS and public education; field or classroom-based a plus. Must be adaptable to change and able to function in a team-based management structure.
