Driver Hours:

Monday - Sunday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (Day/hours can be flexible)

Pay Rate:

$1.00 per loaded mile, $7 entry fee every time a client enters the vehicle +

Monthly Bonuses Location:

Dayton, Ohio (largely serving the Montgomery County area)

Our Industry Non-emergency medical transportation refers to the transport services provided to individuals who require medical assistance or have a medical condition but do not need immediate or emergency care. These services are designed to transport patients to and from medical appointments, clinics, hospitals, or any other healthcare facility, ensuring that patients can access the necessary medical care they require, even if they cannot drive or have limited mobility. By offering reliable and safe transportation, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) plays a crucial role in ensuring that individuals can receive the medical attention they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Transport customers to and from pre-determined destinations on time and in a safe manner. Provide customers with a friendly, comfortable, and safe experience Follow the prescribed daily pickup schedule. Help customers in and out of the vehicle as necessary. Help ensure that customers get to the right destination and to the specific area or office that they need. Communicate with the Supervisor/Manager on any customer or route specifics.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills and strong customer focus. Must be professional, courteous, and customer-centric Clean driving record and excellent overall driving skills Excellent at time management and decision-making Must pass a background check, drug screen, and a company-sponsored defensive driving course. Ability to work independently. Tech savvy (mobile phone, navigation apps, etc.) Must have the required minimum general liability and auto liability coverage Use of a personal vehicle, which should be a 4-door sedan, SUV, or minivan.
