Medical Delivery Tecnician

Advantage Respiratory Services is a local, independently owned durable medical equipment provider offering a full range of respiratory equipment for the Long Term Care Facilities for better patient outcomes. This position is in a stable Healthcare Industry with no healthcare credentialing necessary. We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our Team! Full-time shifts Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00

PM & On-Call Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

No experience necessary. Training will be provided! Facility Checks and Equipment Delivery to Long Term Care Facilities. Demonstrate competence on equipment safety and troubleshooting, equipment setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment relative to assigned responsibilities. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems when needed. Disinfects, cleans, and performs operational checks to ensure properly functioning units. Follow Company policies and procedures related to the use of personal protective equipment, safety issues, infection control, and equipment maintenance. Adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and performance improvement standards. Adhere all HIPAA Regulatory Compliance. Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required. Must possess a valid driver's license. Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and problem‐solving abilities. Demonstrate a professional, positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in person, over the phone and electronically. Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
