This is a hands-on position working with a professional crew transporting and installing high-end equipment, primarily within the medical and dental industries. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, variety in their day, teamwork, and travel opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Safely operate 26' box trucks Load, unload, move, and transport equipment Assist with commercial moving projects and deliveries Prepare equipment for transport Perform warehouse receiving, release, and maintenance duties Complete driver logs, inspections, and required paperwork Provide excellent customer service and professional communication Assist with route planning and delivery schedules Operate forklifts and moving equipment when needed

Important Position Expectations:

This is not a traditional "driver only / no-touch" position. Drivers are expected to actively participate in loading, unloading, moving, handling, and setup of equipment as part of the crew. This is a physically demanding, team-oriented role. Candidates must also understand that weekly hours are not guaranteed or fixed . Work volume fluctuates depending on season, customer demand, and project schedules. Some weeks may include overtime, while others may average closer to 20 hours. However, over the course of the year, hours generally balance out to full-time employment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Minimum 2 years verifiable experience operating a 26' box truck Ability to lift 75-100 lbs regularly Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and overnights as needed
