Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Driver to handle daily local pickups and deliveries using a company box truck. This role is primarily focused on driving, route execution, and customer interaction, with additional warehouse support responsibilities when not on the road. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on deliveries, takes pride in reliability and customer service, and can assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Route Execution (Primary Focus)Operate a company box truck to complete scheduled local deliveries and pickupsTransport parts, equipment, and repaired items between customer locations, vendors, and internal departmentsEnsure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on timeLoad and unload materials while verifying order accuracyMaintain delivery logs including mileage, stops, and required documentationPlan and follow efficient routes in coordination with internal teamsCustomer InteractionServe as a professional point of contact during deliveries and pickupsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding timing, deliveries, and any issuesRepresent the company in a positive and customer-focused mannerVehicle Maintenance & CompliancePerform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate basic maintenance (oil changes, tires, etc.)Follow all company safety policies and applicable driving regulationsMaintain compliance with DOT-related guidelines as requiredWarehouse Support Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks during non-driving timeSupport coordination between warehouse and delivery schedulesQualificationsValid drivers license with a clean driving recordPrevious delivery driving experience preferred (box truck or similar vehicle)Strong time management and reliabilityAbility to lift and handle materials as part of daily responsibilitiesGood communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills (email, order tracking, etc.)
