Medical Transport Driver

Qualifications Job Overview Seeking reliable and professional individuals to drive senior medical passengers safely and efficiently. Must have excellent driving skills, clean driving record, and ability to handle a 14 seat passnger van. Accountable for providing excellent service while ensuring timely and secure transportation. Duties Excort members into Adult Day Care or back home safely; ensure the pickup and drop off services are conducted safely and punctually Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking Follow assigned routes and schedules to transport passengers to their destinations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and bring the vehicle for servicing or repairing if required Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle. Communicate with members/dispatchers on any transportation delays, issues or new requests Operate GPS App to comply with tracking requirements Handle necessary paperwork or documentation related to the transportation Qualifications Must be a US citizen with a Valid US driver's license and clean driving record in the last two years. Must be able to pass a background screen (no criminal history). Must live within 20-minute commute of 19082 or 19013 zip code. Good communication skills and ability to interact with passengers or customers in a professional manner. Show empathy and caring to vulnerable people. Respond to instructions in a timely manner. Must be able to start working in the early morning (before 7am). Be flexible to work on weekends if needed.
