LPR Camera Vehicle Operator Repossession Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, observant, and safety focused individual to operate a License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera vehicle in support of our repossession operations. As an LPR Operator, your role is to patrol assigned areas and scan license plates using a mounted LPR system to assist our recovery agents in locating vehicles flagged for repossession. This is a non-confrontational position (you will not be involved in the actual repossession of vehicles)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate an LPR-equipped vehicle across designated zones to scan for targeted vehicles. Drive assigned routes efficiently, safely, and discreetly, both day and night. Use company provided equipment (LPR software, tablet, GPS, etc.) to log and upload data. Communicate sightings of flagged vehicles to dispatch or recovery agents in real time.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving long hours, including night shifts and weekends. Able to remain alert, observant, and focused for extended periods. Basic technical skills (tablets, mobile apps, LPR system operation training provided). Must pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in security, surveillance, or repossession support roles. Knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and high-traffic areas. Familiarity with LPR or plate-scanning technologies.
