This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and have experience in transportation. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and respectful transportation for individuals with disabilities and medical needs. Position Overview You will transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other approved locations. You will assist passengers as needed, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive experience on every trip. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles according to traffic laws and company policies Transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations on time Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including operating wheelchair lifts and securing mobility devices Provide courteous and professional customer service Follow assigned routes and schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Keep vehicles clean and in proper working condition Accurately complete trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation Qualifications Valid driver's license with F endorsement Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Physical Requirements Ability to assist passengers in and out of the vehicle Capable of sitting, standing, and driving for extended period
