Duties include loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper documentation of shipments, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Operate vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies, performing routine inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate logistics and delivery schedules. Address any delivery issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions. Adhere to safety standards and report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, fuel, tire pressure, and keep vehicles organized and stocked as required. Will be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds and operate equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
