In this energetic role, you will assist with the setup, delivery, and breakdown of event equipment and supplies, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on logistics skills while working in a lively, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with loading and unloading event equipment, supplies, and materials using manual lifting techniques and tools like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Safely load box trucks or delivery vehicles with event items, ensuring proper securing for transit Drive delivery vehicles such as box trucks or drivers to transport items to various event locations following designated routes Help set up event spaces by moving tables, chairs, staging, and other equipment according to layout plans Support the team during event breakdowns by packing up equipment and ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored Maintain a clean and organized work environment at storage facilities and during deliveries Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly Skills Proven experience in customer service, providing friendly and professional interactions with clients and team members Warehouse experience or familiarity with handling large equipment and supplies Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certifications preferred) Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail during load & unload processes This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy physical activity, and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
