POSITION OVERVIEW

——————————————— Drivers are assigned transport routes based on scheduling availability, trip requirements, and operational needs. Assignments include pet transportation and other specialty transport services.

Drivers should be comfortable with:

Long-distance driving with pets Overnight travel when necessary Regular communication with dispatch and clients Maintaining professionalism throughout assignments ———————————————

COMPENSATION

——————————————— Family First Drivers utilizes a route-based compensation structure rather than traditional hourly pay.

Drivers are provided:

Route details Estimated trip information Scheduled payout information prior to dispatch based on availability and transport scheduling. Most transports average the equivalent of approximately $19-$24 per estimated driving hour depending on route distance, trip requirements, and overall transport complexity. Additional scheduled stops may qualify for increased route compensation and adjusted fuel allocation. Fuel support is provided for approved transports, and overnight travel allowances may be included for qualifying long-distance assignments. ———————————————

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

——————————————— Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle in good operating condition Clean driving record preferred Dependable communication Ability to complete long-distance routes safely and responsibly Comfortable using GPS and location-sharing applications during active transports ———————————————

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
