We transport ambulatory and wheelchair clients to medical appointments, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies across the community. We're looking for motivated, professional drivers in the Waco area to join our growing team. Per our broker requirements candidates must be 25 years old or older. What You'll Earn Unlimited earning potential: Your income grows with the number of trips you complete Weekly direct deposit, every week What You'll Do Transport clients safely to and from scheduled medical appointments using your personal vehicle Provide door-through-door assistance, helping passengers board and exit safely Maintain a clean, sanitized vehicle at all times Communicate with dispatch and submit real-time trip updates Keep accurate digital records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts Follow all traffic laws and Medlift safety protocols What You'll Need A reliable, client-appropriate personal vehicle — sedans, minivans, and SUVs are preferred; trucks and lifted vehicles are not suitable for our members' needs Seating for at least 4 passengers Valid full-coverage auto insurance and current registration A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to physically assist passengers, including lifting when necessary Willingness to pass a national background check, sex offender check, and drug screening (covered by Medlift) Required Certifications Drivers must hold or obtain the following certifications prior to beginning service. Acquiring and maintaining these certifications is the responsibility of the driver. As a 1099 independent contractor, certification and training expenses may be tax-deductible — we encourage you to consult a tax professional to take full advantage of your contractor status.
