Proactive Health is an early-stage, fast-growing HealthTech company on a mission to improve outcomes for seniors through advanced biometric monitoring and deeply human care. We give seniors, their families, and their healthcare providers the data and tools to take charge of health reducing hospital readmissions and improving quality of life. The role of the Medical Device Installer is to be the face of Proactive Health as new patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our services, and the one to set up the biometric devices that our patients will use in perpetuity.
What You'll Do:
Travel to and from patient's homes Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's services and devices Answer any questions regarding our services and devices Set up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitals Perform a full patient intake including: Medical conditions Medical history Current medications Document clearly and effectively Be on time to appointments
What You'll Need:
Experience working with senior citizens, preferred Experience with sales, strongly preferred Experience working in healthcare, preferred Over 18 years of age Driver's License & personal vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Pass a background check Why Join Us?
