What You'll Be Doing:

Provide safe and timely transportation to and from medical appointments and essential destinations Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles Use dispatching software, GPS, and mobile apps to follow schedules and report trip data Maintain clear, professional communication with dispatch, clients, and caregivers Complete pre•and post-trip vehicle inspections Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Must be 24+ years old Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, registered four-door vehicle Strong communication and customer service skills Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and trip updates Able to pass Various screenings and checks Previous driving, caregiving, or delivery experience is a plus — but not required
