The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting our wheelchair passengers while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. Duties Safely operate vehicles. Provide timely transportation services for passengers, ensuring comfort and safety during transit. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, if needed. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine maintenance checks. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Skills Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and staff. Passenger assistance. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers. Basic maintenance knowledge of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability on the road.
