The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments, adult day programs and/or work ensuring comfort and timely service. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety. The Driver will play a vital role in supporting our community by providing dependable transportation for individuals with transportation needs. Part-time or Full-time opportunities available for Monday through Friday and during the hours 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday evening hours also. if only certain days work for you that is also an open option. Saturday and Sundays are available also. We also have Mornings and Afternoons open 2 to 3 hour shifts. Duties Safely operate vehicles to pick up and drop off passengers Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles to adhere to safety standards Follow all traffic laws and company policies during transportation routes Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to passenger needs Use smart phone with dispatcing scheduling software Experience Must be 23 Years of age or older CPR certification or willing to go to certification course Previous shuttle driving, delivery driver experience, or bus driving background preferred Experience in Paratransit or non-emergency medical transportation is a plus Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Valid driver's license with clean driving record This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community health services while developing your professional driving skills in a supportive environment.
