Company Overview Cline Tours has a fleet of more than 250 buses in operation, making it one of the largest in the nation. Our fleet consists of motorcoaches, mini-buses, and school buses. Cline Tours has one of the largest mini bus fleets available, making us a leader in contract and corporate shuttle service. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Employee Shuttle Driver and Motorcoach drivers Class B with Passenger Endorsement to join our team. In this role, you will operate shuttle buses and motor coaches to transport employees and passengers safely and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent service will ensure a positive experience for all riders while maintaining vehicle safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles, including shuttle buses and motor coaches, to transport employees and passengers. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of all systems. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and addressing any questions or concerns. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during operation. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports. Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers using clear communication skills. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability. Skills Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement. Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or motor coach operation. Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members. Knowledge of paratransit services, school bus driving, or limousine operations is a plus. Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle diverse passenger needs professionally. Experience in delivery driving or similar roles that require safe driving practices.
