In this energetic role, you'll operate large, comfortable motor coaches to transport passengers safely and efficiently across various routes. Your enthusiasm for driving and customer service will ensure every journey is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. This paid position offers the opportunity to showcase your driving skills while making a positive impact on travelers' adventures. Duties Safely operate motor coaches, shuttle buses, and other large vehicles on scheduled routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking mechanical components, fluid levels, brakes, lights, and tires Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers using radio or onboard systems to coordinate routes and updates Ensure passenger safety by enforcing safety regulations, managing boarding procedures, and handling any emergencies calmly and effectively Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the vehicle interior and reporting mechanical issues promptly for repairs Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incident reports as required Experience Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement; experience with motor coach or bus driving preferred Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems related to bus maintenance and troubleshooting Prior experience in paratransit services or shuttle driving is a plus Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members Background in school bus driving or delivery driver roles enhances familiarity with vehicle operation and safety protocols Customer service experience that highlights your ability to handle diverse passenger needs professionally Familiarity with driver standards or limousine services is advantageous but not required Join us if you're ready to hit the road with energy and enthusiasm!
