JOB FOCUS

Focus is on, but not limited to the following: Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associate that differentiates us from the competition Contact appropriate supervisor with guest related complaints or issues Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures Assist associate within the Transportation Department as needed and other departments Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service Perform related duties as requested Pick up and drop off assigned guests designated by limo dispatcher Complete assigned tasked given by limo dispatcher or manager Load and unload vehicle as need Keep vehicle well maintained Set up return transportation for guest Full knowledge of resort amenities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Excellent Communication skills Must have a valid NV driver's license Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English Ability to perform basic math Basic knowledge of the city Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner Basic computer skills Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Transportation Department including Guest Safety and OSHA Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to work flexible hours A valid NV Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position Must be 21 years of age or older
