Our mission is to deliver exceptional service, maintain safety standards, and leave every window sparkling clean. We're growing fast and looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work. Job Description As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning windows inside and out, screens, tracks, and other glass surfaces at customer locations. We're seeking someone with great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
Key Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial clients Work safely on ladders and rooftops Use squeegees, water-fed poles, and other equipment Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and professional appearance Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on ladders up to 32 feet Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Must be punctual, respectful, and team-oriented Experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training!
