Mover/Packer

Mover / Packer / Driver (Experienced Only) We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Mover/Packer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has prior moving industry experience and understands how to safely handle furniture, appliances, fragile items, and customer belongings with professionalism and care. We are looking for team members who can work efficiently in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service during residential and commercial moves. Responsibilities Professionally pack, wrap, protect, load, and unload customer belongings Safely handle furniture, appliances, fragile items, and heavy equipment Operate moving equipment including dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates Assist with driving and navigating box trucks to and from job locations Properly secure loads inside the truck to prevent damage during transit Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, equipment, and work areas Follow all company safety procedures and moving protocols Requirements Previous professional moving experience

REQUIRED

Experience with residential and commercial moves preferred Ability to safely lift and move heavy items throughout the day Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Knowledge of packing, wrapping, padding, and securing furniture Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to work well within a team environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience as a crew lead or foreman Familiarity with moving blankets, shrink wrap, tie-down systems, and loading strategies Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Pay Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for bonuses and tips
