Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Mover to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the key player in helping clients transition smoothly by safely packing, loading, transporting, and unloading their belongings. Duties Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household or commercial items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Operate box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to transport items between locations Assist customers with packing, securing items, and ensuring their belongings are protected during transit Follow designated routes for timely delivery and pickup of goods, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining organization of items for easy access upon arrival Use appropriate tools like pallet jacks or forklifts to move heavy or bulky items safely within warehouses or loading docks Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate moves smoothly and address any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in moving services or warehouse operations with a focus on heavy lifting and manual handling Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience; familiarity with box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients during stressful transitions Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other moving tools safely and effectively Excellent driving skills with knowledge of route planning and delivery procedures Physical stamina to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout shifts without compromising safety or quality of work Experience with courier or load & unload tasks in busy warehouse environments Join us if you're ready to bring energy to every move!
