TOP PAY & HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL

Average Earnings:

Drivers and Movers can earn an average of $22 - $30 an hour in hourly wages with tips!

Driver/Crew Lead Start Rate:

$18.00 per hour + TIPS!

Mover/Helper Start Rate:

$17.00 per hour + TIPS!

Note:

Tips are most common on residential jobs.

THE ROLE

DRIVER/CREW LEAD This is a physical position and a leadership role . You must be qualified to drive and lead a crew on residential jobs.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT

Must have a valid California Class C Driver's License.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Must be 27+ years old with 6+ years of driving experience with no major infractions. (To pass our commercial insurance)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

Must be able to repetitively lift and carry 50 LBS on a regular basis.

SCHEDULE

Open availability is a must per day (weekdays and weekends). No long distance or overnight travel! We do not have split shifts each day.
