From community events with the YMCA to exclusive service for high-profile clients like Peso Pluma, we have built a reputation for excellence. As we scale our operations, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us not just as staff, but as future Team Leads.

The Opportunity:

We are entering an elite phase of expansion. We are seeking a foundational team member who is ready to learn our systems, master our service standards, and eventually transition into a leadership role managing their own crew.

Key Requirements:

Availability:

Primarily weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays. Weekday flexibility is a plus.

Professionalism:

Punctual, reliable, and possesses exceptional "people skills." We build relationships, not just plates.

Logistics:

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.

Resilience:

Ability to maintain high service standards in outdoor environments and high temperatures.

Communication:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Mindset:

Must be coachable with a strong desire to grow into a management role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Growth:

Paid training and reimbursement for all required industry certifications.
