$20-$28/hr + Commission + Tips + Bonuses We are a fast-growing moving company providing high-quality, professional service throughout Temecula and surrounding areas. Due to high demand, we are hiring experienced Foremen/Drivers and motivated Helpers who can work, show up, and represent the company with professionalism.

FOREMAN / DRIVER

(Experienced Mover)

Pay:

$27/hr + Commission on packing + Tips + Performance Bonuses Minimum 4 hours pay per job Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Clean driver's license & MVR Experience leading moves, loading, and securing furniture Able to pass a road test in a moving truck Able to lift 100+ lbs safely Strong communication skills with customers & crew Clean-cut, reliable, and professional Can handle disassembly/reassembly, packing, padding, and furniture protection Can lead a helper crew and keep the job on schedule

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and direct helpers Perform walkthroughs with customers Organize, load, and secure items correctly Handle packing, padding, tools, and protection Maintain a professional presence throughout the job Communicate with dispatch clearly Make sure the job is completed safely and correctly

Foreman Bonuses Include:

Pay:

$20-25/hr + Commission + Tips + Performance Bonuses Minimum 4 hours pay per job

Requirements:

Able to lift 70-100 lbs Follows direction from the foreman Respectful, reliable, motivated Clean, presentable, and professional No experience necessary — we will train workers who actually show effort

Helper Responsibilities:

Carry boxes, furniture, and equipment Pack, pad, and protect items Assist with loading and unloading Keep the truck organized and follow instructions Maintain a positive, professional attitude on-site

Helper Bonuses Include:
