Our Thousand Oaks team will be led by experienced managers and crew leaders who know the moving industry inside and out and can help set you up for success. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the moving industry, earn solid pay plus tips, stay active, and grow with a new team from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits Drivers:

starting at $20/hour

Movers:

starting at $18/hour Earn more daily with tips Overtime opportunities available Paid training provided Growth opportunities into driver, lead, and leadership roles 401(k) and paid sick leave for eligible employees What You'll Do Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods Safely move customers' belongings in homes, apartments, offices, and storage settings For drivers: operate a 26-foot box truck safely and professionally (no CDL required) Wrap, protect, pack, and organize items for transport Perform basic assembly and disassembly of furniture as needed Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth, professional moving experience Provide friendly, respectful customer service on every job What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs consistently Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Team-oriented and able to follow direction well Valid driver's license and clean driving record for driver applicants Background check required Moving, warehouse, general labor, delivery, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us Be part of a new location opening in Thousand Oaks Opportunity to grow with the team as the branch expands Active, fast-paced work environment Supportive team culture Different job sites and new experiences every day A chance to build experience with a nationally recognized moving brand About Us This position is with an independently owned
