About Us We are a growing furniture assembly business helping customers set up their homes and offices with care and professionalism. We're looking for a reliable assembly helper to join our team part-time.

Job Details Position:

Furniture Assembly Helper Hours:

up to 20 hours per week (schedule varies, flexible)

Starting Pay:

$20/hr + tips and travel allowance for jobs where you are required to travel to on your own.

Location:

Bay Area, San Francisco Able to report to Vallejo at day start, or provide your own transportation to job sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding cities.

Independent Contractor Responsibilities:

Record photos/videos using company device to document condition of items and work progress Unbox items and break down boxes Assist lead assembler with assembling furniture Carry and move items safely Listen to instruction and work under supervision of lead assembler Use hand tools (box cutter, screwdriver, wrench etc) and follow instructions/diagrams Provide professional, friendly customer service in client homes and office Be reliable and show up on time for scheduled jobs Requirements No experience required Able to lift, bend, twist, squat, stand, walk up/downstairs or move in a way to complete service Able to work inside or outside Must have reliable transportation to job sites or to Vallejo. Able to lift up to 50 lbs or more with assistance or proper equipment Good communication and positive attitude Flexible availability (hours vary depending on bookings) Perks Daily and Weekly pay Flexible schedule, average up to 2-3 days up to 20 hrs/week Opportunity to grow with the business into full-time.
