This is a time-sensitive assignment (approximately 40 days) requiring individuals who are punctual, careful, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. This role involves packing, documenting, and moving contents while ensuring items and surrounding property are protected at all times. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site packing and inventory of contents in a large facility setting Carefully pack, wrap, and label items to prevent damage Maintain awareness of surroundings to avoid damage to walls, floors, and property Document and organize items accurately (written and/or digital records) Load and unload items using proper lifting and handling techniques Work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high-quality standards Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Must be available to start May 26 for training and project kickoff Ability to pass a background check (required) Strong attention to detail and care when handling items Reliable, punctual, and able to work full scheduled hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain active throughout the day Ability to work well in a team environment Previous packing, moving, or labor experience is a plus (not required) Valid driver's license preferred but not required Work Expectations Attendance is critical due to strict project timelines — multiple absences or tardiness may result in dismissal Must be able to maintain productivity while working carefully and avoiding damage Work is performed in an indoor facility environment and involves standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the day Dress Code Company-provided shirt must be worn Employees must provide their own appropriate work pants and closed-toe shoes suitable for physical labor What We're Looking For Individuals who take pride in careful, damage-free work Team players who can keep pace without cutting corners Dependable workers who show up on time, every day Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction Opportunity This is a 40-day project , with the potential for full-time employment for individuals who perform well and integrate with the team.
