Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Moving Labor Specialist, where your physical strength and enthusiasm will drive smooth and efficient moving operations. This role primarily involves loading & unloading customer-rented box trucks, portable storage containers, and trailers, along with in-home moving services. No truck driving is required; instead, you'll focus on the hands-on labor that keeps the moving process seamless. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, great with customers, and enjoy physical work that makes a real difference in people's lives, this position is perfect for you! We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to ensure every move is successful. We offer a flat-rate pay structure to reward strong work ethic (sometimes averaging over $50 per hour before tips). All tips are divided evenly between the crew members on the specific job. Duties Assist with loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate manual handling techniques Organize and prepare items for transport by wrapping and securing household goods, to prevent damage during transit Stacking various rigs to optimize space and prevent load-shifting Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the moving process Requirements 3+ years of prior moving experience Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Furniture wrapping experience Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and efficiency in fast-paced environments Strong emphasis on customer service Willing to travel within 50 miles of Denver Flexible scheduling Committed to your safety and success- come be a part of a dedicated team that values hard work and positive energy!
