Delivery Helper

Job Summary Join delivery service as a Delivery Helper and be a vital part of ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe deliveries to our valued customers. As a Delivery Helper, you will assist with loading, unloading, securing loads, and transporting goods. Delivering/Assembling goods inside our customers homes and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Duties Assist with loading and unloading furniture & Mattresses from box trucks and other commercial vehicles Help carry heavy items Load, secure, and unload shipments efficiently Provide friendly customer service during delivery interactions, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally Collaborate with management to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Requirements Prior experience with furniture deliveries is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Physical ability to lift heavy items repeatedly and perform manual labor throughout the shift Experience with heavy lifting, moving items A positive attitude toward customers and team members Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
