Full Job Description Delivery Excellence LLC is hiring Delivery Helpers who can keep up in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This is not a sit-down job. You will be on your feet all day, moving quickly, and working as part of a team to complete routes on time. If you're reliable, move with urgency, and show up ready to work—this is a great opportunity with room to grow. If not, this role will not be a fit. What You'll Be Doing Assisting drivers with loading and delivering packages Moving quickly between stops to keep routes on schedule Handling packages up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day Working outdoors in all weather conditions Maintaining a professional attitude with customers and team members Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 18+ years old Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly Able to work 8-10 hours on your feet Punctual and dependable (attendance is strictly enforced) Comfortable working in heat, cold, rain, and snow Team player with a strong work ethic
