Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and commercial drivers' vehicles with manual transmission to transport goods efficiently. Load and unload items using proper lifting techniques, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of all belongings. Deliver furniture, boxes, and other items to customers' locations while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery timelines. Assist customers with packing, unpacking, and organizing belongings during moves to enhance their experience. Maintain vehicle safety by conducting regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and driving regulations to ensure a secure work environment. Support warehouse operations by preparing items for shipment or storage as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in delivery driving or moving services is preferred; Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is desirable. Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining proper form for safety. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification is advantageous. Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving manual labor and moving tasks.
