Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when certified Pack items securely for transport, ensuring protection against damage during transit Assist with moving furniture and belongings within homes or commercial spaces with care and efficiency Operate various vehicles including box trucks or courier vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols during route driving Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management and proper placement of items Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both on-site and within vehicles, to promote safety and efficiency Support team members with heavy lifting tasks, manual transmissions, or forklift operation as needed Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients during moves Previous warehouse experience or moving background preferred Valid driving license with experience in commercial driving or courier services; familiarity with route driving essential Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification preferred but not required Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices for box trucks or similar vehicles Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while load & unload tasks are performed Ready to energize your career by helping people move forward?
