Job Description

Hiring Friendly Movers/Drivers (CDL Preferred, NOT Required): Start a career at
OX STRONG MOVING.
We are a fast growing moving company pursuing franchise opportunities. There is a lot of room to grow within our company. Becoming a mover/driver could be an excellent stepping stone to a management position for the right guy.
DRIVERS ARE PART OF THE MOVING CREW.
We are looking in Palm Beach County, FL for 2 or 3 clean cut, hardworking and friendly guys to help us provide excellent service to our loyal customers while driving safely. We are looking for trained movers that are skilled in packing boxes, properly padding and protecting furniture, disassembly and reassembly of furniture, loading and unloading the truck all while delivering exceptional customer service. This includes moving heavy furniture, sometimes more than 100 lbs. up stairs and through tight spaces.

offers paid training for hard working individuals who are committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service and an excellent moving experience. We take pride in helping people move during stressful situations all while staying positive and friendly. Drivers are part of the moving crew as well.
Benefits:
Up to $21.00 per hour. (based on experience) Tips & Overtime (sometimes an additional $250
  • 450 a week!
) Monthly performance bonuses. Paid job training. Consistent weekly hours for Full-time. Advancement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Drivers must be 21+ years of age, with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
  • Valid DL (no CDL required.)
  • Clean background. No felonies, or violent/dishonest misdemeanors.
  • Able to lift 100 lbs. consistently without fatigue, INCLUDING DRIVERS.
  • Some college experience or trade school experience preferred.
  • Coachable and able work well with others.
