ABOUT NEW LEAF CLEANING

New Leaf Cleaning is a premium cleaning company in St. Petersburg, FL. We operate on a W-2 model — our team members are employees, not contractors. That means a guaranteed paycheck every two weeks, workers' compensation from day one, and a company that's actually invested in your success. Most cleaning companies hire you as a 1099 contractor and leave you to figure out the rest. We don't do that. You are an employee here, and you're treated like one.

• THE ROLE

  We are looking for a Residential Cleaner who takes their work seriously. You know how to clean a home to a high standard, you're reliable, and you take pride in leaving a space better than you found it. You will work as part of a small team on residential homes, Airbnb/short-term rentals, and post-move cleans throughout St. Petersburg and the surrounding area.

• WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Clean residential homes and short-term rentals to a consistent, documented standard
• Work efficiently — quality and speed both matter here
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow the New Leaf cleaning checklist for every job type
• Report any property issues, supply needs, or quality concerns to the field manager
• Represent New Leaf professionally at every client's home

• REQUIREMENTS

• General cleaning experience required — residential, hotel, property management, or similar
• Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
• Physically able to perform cleaning work for full shifts
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Punctual and dependable
• Smartphone required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION

Base:

$22-38/hour (field cleaning time only)

Payroll:

Bi-weekly via Gusto (W-2)

Mileage:

IRS rate, inter-job driving•

CAREER PATH

Months 1-3: Cleaner Months 4-6:

Based Upon Performance:

Lead Cleaner 6+: Business scale: Team Lead / Field Manager
