Lead Mover / Driver

• Residential Moving Team Sebastian / Vero Beach Area $22
• 30+ per hour (Hourly + Tips) Full-Time / Part-Time Available Florida Coast Moving is looking for dependable, motivated movers who take pride in hard work, professionalism, and customer service.

We are growing and looking for the right person to become a key part of our team long term. This is not just a temporary labor job. We are looking for someone with leadership potential who can help lead crews, communicate professionally with customers, and represent the company well on job sites. ###

Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods
• Pack and protect customer belongings professionally
• Drive moving trucks safely and responsibly (if qualified)
• Lead or assist moving crews on residential moves
• Maintain positive customer interactions and strong work ethic
• Work efficiently while keeping attention to detail ###

What We're Looking For:

• Able to lift and carry 125+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
• Professional attitude and team-player mindset
• Moving, warehouse, delivery, or labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Leadership or crew lead experience is a major plus ###
