About Cleaned Pristine Solutions Cleaned Pristine Solutions (CPS) is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Tampa Bay — including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. We specialize in offices, medical facilities, churches, commercial buildings, and vacant apartment turnover cleans. We're expanding our team of independent cleaning contractors to keep up with new accounts coming online. Why Cleaners Choose CPS Most cleaning companies hand you a mop and send you out uncovered. We do things differently. CPS carries General Liability Insurance, a Janitorial Bond, and Occupational Accident Insurance on every job — so you're protected while you work. Most companies in Tampa don't offer this to their contractors. We do. You also get paid weekly, every Friday. No waiting two weeks or longer for your money. You'll be assigned steady, recurring commercial accounts — not random one-off gigs. You know exactly what you're earning every month. What the Work Looks Like You'll be assigned specific commercial sites on a recurring schedule (typically 2-5 days or nights per week depending on accounts). Work includes evening and overnight janitorial services, daytime porter duties at larger facilities, and vacant apartment turnover cleans between tenants. Each site comes with a clear scope of work and a digital checklist through our app. You clean at your own pace within the building's access window, submit your checklist and photos when done, and move on. No micromanagement. No clock-in/clock-out. What We're Looking For Previous commercial cleaning experience (offices, medical, churches, warehouses, apartments) — required Reliable transportation to get to job sites across Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Clearwater Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts, Monday through Saturday Smartphone for shift reporting through our app Dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent Able to pass a background check Contractors who can service all three areas (Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater) will be given priority for account assignments What We Offer $17-$22/hr average depending on the account Weekly pay every Friday General Liability Insurance, Janitorial Bond, and Occupational Accident Insurance provided by CPS — you're covered No LLC or personal insurance required Consistent recurring accounts — not gig work Clear scope of work for every site — no guessing Growth opportunity — top performers get first access to new accounts as we expand Position Details This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are not a W-2 employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, and CPS will issue a 1099-NEC at the end of the year.
