Crew Leader Professional Mover/Packer

Job Summary Moving Company expansion location is seeking an energetic and dependable Crew Leader Professional Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team! Duties Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and tools such as dollies. Pack belongings securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials and methods Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture and appliances as needed Operate commercial vehicles including box trucks for local or regional deliveries, adhering to all driving laws and safety protocols Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the moving process and addressing any concerns professionally Follow safety procedures consistently to prevent injuries during heavy lifting or moving activities Requirements Prior experience in warehouse work, moving services, or delivery driving is highly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual labor, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or moving priorities as needed Join us today to be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional moving experiences!
