Mover/Packer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Mover/Packer and become a vital part of delivering exceptional moving and packing services. In this energetic role, you will handle the safe and efficient loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking of household or commercial items. Responsibilities Safely load and unload items using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling tools. Pack belongings securely using packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Properly wrap and pack furniture to ensure no items or property is damaged. Disassemble and reassemble furniture or equipment as needed for transportation. Operate commercial 26' box truck for route driving and delivery tasks (Drivers only). Maintain accurate list of all packing materials used on job sites. Maintain accurate inventory records of items moved or packed, ensuring all belongings are accounted for during loading and unloading processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all moving activities. Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations, moving services, or delivery driving preferred. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and the proper use of equipment such as hand truck's and dolly's. Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; commercial driving certification is a plus. Experience in route driving, load & unload procedures, and customer service interactions during deliveries or moves. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently while maintaining safety standards.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
