This is a fast‑paced, physical position with paid training , a commission‑per‑load pay structure , and a guaranteed minimum of $17/hr during peak season and on‑post work. You'll help pack, load, unload, and prepare household goods for transport while delivering excellent service to military families. If you're motivated, physically capable, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in the moving industry. Responsibilities Moving & Loading Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods using proper lifting techniques Pack, wrap, and secure items to prevent damage during transit Pad‑wrap and protect large furniture, appliances, and fragile items Assist with inventorying and documenting customer belongings Help maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment Customer Service Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Provide a positive, respectful experience for military families and civilians Treat customer belongings with care and attention Teamwork & Communication Work effectively as part of a 2-3 person crew Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Support team members during heavy lifting and complex moves Safety Follow all company safety procedures and on‑post requirements Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent injuries or property damage Skills & Qualifications No experience required — paid training provided Previous moving, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items repeatedly Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during peak season Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Must be 18 years or older Clean criminal background check Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation Commission / pay‑per‑load structure Guaranteed minimum of $17 per hour (peak season / on‑post) Bonus incentives based on customer reviews Opportunities for advancement into year‑round roles What We Offer Home every night — no overnight travel (unless requested) Paid training Supportive, team‑focused work environment Advancement opportunities for motivated individuals We are a drug‑free workplace.
