About Us Trashout Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated junk removal, dumpster rental, and property cleanout company serving Metro Atlanta. We work with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, apartment communities, and commercial clients to provide fast, professional, and reliable debris removal services. Position Summary We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and customer-focused Junk Removal Technicians to join our growing team. This position involves removing unwanted items, loading trucks and dumpsters, performing property cleanouts, and assisting with light demolition projects. Successful candidates enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely remove and load furniture, appliances, household items, construction debris, and other materials. Perform residential and commercial cleanouts, including garages, attics, basements, storage units, and foreclosed properties. Assist with light demolition projects such as sheds, decks, fences, cabinets, and hot tubs. Operate hand tools and equipment safely. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively. Complete job site photos and documentation as required. Assist with truck and equipment maintenance and daily inspections. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift and carry 60+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to pass a background check. Previous experience in moving, landscaping, construction, demolition, junk removal, or property maintenance is a plus but not required. Must be dependable and punctual. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the workday.
