Crew Leader:

Morning Huddle Start the day with a quick check-in, team update, and a little motivation. Celebrate wins and set goals. Load Up & Roll Out Hop into one of our clean, well-maintained trucks and head to the customer's location. You'll be responsible for reviewing the job scope and assigning roles. Lead the Move Coordinate your team while working side-by-side to safely move furniture, boxes, and specialty items. Think strategically, delegate well, and handle surprises with confidence. Delight the Customer Every move is a chance to make someone's day. You'll communicate clearly, show respect for their belongings, and wrap up the job with professionalism and pride. Debrief & Head Back Return to HQ, recap the day, and prep for tomorrow. If you did great work — and you probably did — expect a 5-star review, tips, and high-fives from your crew. What You'll Be Moving Residential homes and apartments Offices and commercial spaces Storage units and container moves Specialty items like pianos, safes, and antiques You'll get hands-on experience with tools, dollies, pads, wraps, and lift techniques — and we'll train you on how to move smarter, not harder. Minimum Requirements To be considered, you must: Be at least 18 years old Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Pass a criminal background check Have reliable transportation Be able to lift heavy items repeatedly (75-100 lbs) Communicate well in English Have customer-facing experience (preferred) Leadership or team lead experience (a big plus) No Resume?
