at Elite Restoration in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description First Response, a division of Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Restoration Contents Manager . Elite Restoration specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after a fire, smoke, or water damage situation. As the leading fire and water cleanup and restoration company, we are growing rapidly - creating exciting opportunities for "ELITE" talent. A person in this position is responsible for providing personal property (Contents) services on multiple projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are: Lead, professionally develop, and ensure that safety of the contents team. Ensure that contents are properly inventoried, cleaned, packed, stored and returned to the owner. Oversee and maintain contents prep area and all storage areas for contents. Coordinate with the Project Managers, Adjusters and Homeowners for allocation of non-restorable items. Input accurate data in restoration management portal. Oversee job costs and ensure that schedules are met. Responsible for leading the task of the team to include: Disassembly and reassembly Mitigation services (Pack outs) Dry and wet cleaning Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.) Ambient air filtration Removing and disposing of debris Fire and Water Contents Cleaning Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse Tile Cleaning and Resealing Manage contents inventory and supplies Identify and resolve customer concern Entering information into Dash You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience Valid Driver's License Professional communication skills and appearance Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift and move heavy furniture, up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Contents, restoration, cleaning, or moving experience Detailed knowledge of cleaning products and machines What's in it for you?
