Job Description

Moving & Junk Removal Truck Captain Pay:
$18-25 which also includes tips & commission
Location:
Lowell, MA Hours:
Full-Time | 7 AM start, approximately 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, and 12-hour shifts, 5-6 days per week. Or whatever the schedule calls for. (May vary depending on what the schedule calls for on that day)

Requirements:
Must meet insurance requirements to be a driver Must have a Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents) for drivers Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people Must have your own reliable means of transportation Must be able to lift heavy furniture repeatedly A College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but not required Previous appliance/furniture delivery, moving, or warehouse experience highly desirable Must be able to pass a background Must be able to pass a drug test

The goal is to have everyone in the field be captains. Responsibilities Operate and drive a box truck safely to transport items to and from various locations. Load and unload moving items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Assist in organizing and managing warehouse inventory as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient moving operations and timely deliveries.
