Mover / Moving Crew Member (Flexible Schedule)

NorthPeak Moving is a growing local moving company preparing for our busy spring and summer season. We're looking to add a dependable, hardworking team member to our crew. This role starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as business increases.

Important:

This is not a fixed 9-5 schedule — hours are based on booked moves. We need someone who is flexible, responsive, and available on an as-needed basis . If you're someone who shows up, works hard, and communicates well — you'll get more hours as we grow. What You'll Do Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household items Safely move items in and out of homes and businesses Wrap and protect furniture (pads, shrink wrap, etc.) Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently Provide a positive, professional experience for customers What We're Looking For Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Punctual and dependable (this is huge for us) Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Good communication and responsiveness Experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.
