Our diverse team of professionals is hard-working, reliable, and passionate about helping others. We take pride in using all-natural cleaning products, avoiding harsh chemicals, and delivering top-tier service. We offer a comprehensive training program that allows any hard-working and passionate individual to become an expert cleaner within weeks of joining our team. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary to apply! Schedule Flexible, set schedule weekdays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Minimum 14 hours/week, up to 38 hours/week On-call days available, earn premium pay if called in or a standby bonus if not called in All work starts at 9:00 AM; earliest scheduled out-time is 3:00 PM Pay & Benefits Weekly paycheck Starting rate is $16/hour base + tips and mileage after a 10-day training period ($15/hour during training) New team members average $18-$22/hour (including tips + monthly bonus) Top earners average $25/hour (including tips + monthly bonus) 2 weeks of PTO annually, increasing with tenure Complimentary breakfast, snacks, and drinks at the office Annual + holiday bonuses Job Duties Travel to and from multiple client locations daily Perform residential cleaning tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping Maintain cleaning products and supplies Work proactively and productively within a team Follow all company procedures, processes, and quality standards Maintain respectful, professional communication with clients Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning every time Qualifications Reliable, insured vehicle Clean driving record and background check Smart phone with capability to download "Jobber" app Professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required Positive, productive attitude Attention to detail Ability to accept feedback and apply it Courteous, mindful customer service skills Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently. Will require ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, and reach Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent We are a smoke-free workplace .
