Looking for steady pay and a real shot to grow? SWAT Team of Michigan has served the Jackson area since 2019, and we're looking for the right person to start as a cleaning technician and earn their way into a field lead role — running our jobs and eventually leading a crew. Most of our work is in Jackson & Lansing - we are hiring for both areas. Those able to cover both locations are given more hours and a preference. What you'll love Training pay starts at $18/hr Earn your way to $24/hr as you prove yourself - $28/hr for lead technicians 20-hour minimum guarantee, with full-time hours available as you take on more Upsell bonuses on top of wages Mileage reimbursement A real growth path — this role leads somewhere for the right person What you'll do Detailed residential and commercial cleaning — move-outs, post-construction, ongoing client care, janitorial Learn to scope a job: what it needs, in what order, to get it done right Work independently as you earn trust, and help lead a crew on bigger jobs Care for client homes and commercial properties with professionalism and discretion What we're looking for Reliable, detail-oriented, strong work ethic Takes pride in great work and wants to grow Able to pass a background check Valid license and dependable, presentable transportation Physically able to do the work Long-term commitment Who this is perfect for Someone who wants more than just a cleaning job — who's ready to learn the trade, take ownership, and grow into a lead role.
