What You'll Be Doing This is the ultimate "variety role"—perfect if you like to stay busy and hate being stuck behind a desk. Make RVs shine inside and out—cleaning, detailing, and prepping for delivery Help keep the lot organized, safe, and customer-ready Run parts and pick up supplies to keep our service team moving Drive and assist with transporting RVs (yes, you'll learn some cool skills) Assist with minor fixes, setups, and getting units ready for customers Support multiple departments—you're the go-to person who helps keeps things flowing What You Bring A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed Mechanical interest or hands-on skills (a big plus, not required) Valid driver's license and comfort driving different vehicles Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather Why This is a Great Summer Gig Stay active—no boring desk work Learn real, practical skills (detailing, mechanical basics, logistics) Work with a team that supports each other Be a part of helping families hit the road on their vacations Every day is different Ready to spend your summer doing something different?
