This position offers a hands-on experience in moving operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate lifting techniques and tools such as pallet jacks and forklifts Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, including wrapping, boxing, and labeling Operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and drivers for local or route deliveries Assist with route driving as a courier or delivery driver, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries Use manual transmission vehicles confidently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload trucks efficiently, managing heavy lifting tasks with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or moving site at all times Communicate professionally with customers to coordinate delivery or pickup times and address any special requests Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse work, moving services, or delivery driving preferred Demonstrated ability in heavy lifting and manual handling of large or bulky items Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other moving equipment preferred Knowledge of route driving and courier services is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work physically demanding shifts involving manual labor and heavy lifting Familiarity with safety procedures related to moving, loading/unloading cargo, and vehicle operation Join us in creating seamless moving experiences while building your skills in a fast-paced environment!
