Job Description

Commercial Cleaning Technician (1099 Independent Contractor) Top Notch Cleaning Team is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to service restaurants, banks, fitness centers, dealerships, medical offices, and other commercial facilities throughout Eastern North Carolina. We currently have part-time opportunities available. Work schedules vary by account and may include early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.
Typical Start Times:
Morning shifts may begin as early as 7:00 AM Evening shifts may begin as late as 6:00 PM Some accounts require weekend availability Shifts are no more than 3 hours/day
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash and replace liners Dust surfaces and clean windows/glass Follow client-specific cleaning checklists Secure facilities upon completion when required Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Ability to pass a background check preferred Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on account and experience 2x month pay 1099 Independent Contractor position
